Networking in real estate investing is vital so don’t be daunted and go to the events!

Like most folks here, priorities are no mandatory floor duties, investor-friendly policies and fee structures that is not too punitive of part-time agents. 

I may end up bringing new business other than my own transactions, but that would not be my main objective for getting the license, and I don't want to represent otherwise to the person sponsoring me.Would the broker-in-charge assign other duties or have other expectations to make it worth his/her time?

As a listing agent on a property, the fiduciary duty is to the seller and no one else.  

I realize city services would be vital (don't want the septic and well issues) as well as zoning, property cost, etc.

Many active duty and non-disabled veterans use the 0% down benefit.

I don't know how much if any light duty I can get at my w-2 job, (Carpel tunnel not job related so no employer responsibility) so I thought maybe I would re-fi my house to a 30 year note to lower payments.
