My tenant is breaking lease, because he found a job in another state.His new employer will pay for the 3-month penalty as part of the relocation assistance, but requires some sort of invoice to show the total amount due.I'm a private landlord, and don't have any official looking invoice for this purpose.Does anyone have any suggestions on how to tackle this task?

Now, if there were legal issues, title matters, something more unique about the property such as an environmental issue and the agent or investor solved that problem outside the general scope of facilitating a transaction, then there is a value added as solving such issues would be incurred by another professional, an attorney, engineer, title company.Need some economics to understand the underlying justifications of "value" as well as laws of equity need to be applied.

Sometimes we will hire specialists sub-consultants for tasks such as elevator evaluations.By the way, a buyer is always wise to hire their own consultant, not one of those on a particular lenders list which "understands the bank's risk tolerance," as the risks of the lender and the risks of the buyer are very, very different.
