Unique print advertising?

The original developer of this project built 6 (almost identical) units and now there are 2 more in Pre-Construction, so we are in a unique situation in this deal because currently there are 2 more active listings + active listing of 1 Pre-Construction + 1 Pre-Construction is pending.

I'm new in my investing life, so using unique leveraging/financing is new to me and would help me grow.

But any more experienced investors in this niche when it comes to condos and the airBnB thing?

If it's rural or unique (waterfront) it can be a lot harder.

As might be expected, our first properties have (historically) been less profitable than later properties, as we became more familiar with our own market, trends, niches, etc.

I rent by the bedroom to young professionals which has been a niche that has treated me very well up to this point.

You'll want to select a niche to focus on (SFH, MF, Commercial property, etc.) watch 1 or 2 of these markets and determine what it is you are trying to do (House Hack, Flip, Buy and Hold, etc.).
