Do you find your contractors here on BP?

I've tried searching the forums, but couldn't find an exact answer to this question. 

The title search is definitely a good idea so you don't find out about other liens on the properties after it's too late.

If not, we bail and find something else. 

This way, you have no trouble finding tenants while growing your interest in the property.

Try playing around with the “Find Deals” tool and go to the advanced settings tab.

If we find anything, no cashflow and only thing I'm banking on is home appreciation in future.

Work with a broker who has access to a large variety is going to help you find an appropriate option for your situation vs a direct lender who can only sell you their limited product set. 

The tenants still have three months to find another rental, but they are now stating they won't be out for seven or more months.The landlord has been more than reasonable.

If you find proof that a plumber flagged this as a bigger issue, you could have a case that the seller was aware but didn't disclose it.Best of luck!
