My first office was on Technology Way in Reno, same street as the Goddard School in the south of town.

A good portion of middle-class and upper-middle-class parents send their kids to the county technology high school or private schools for K-12. 

Driving a new car is no different than taking vacations or buying electronic gadgets.

In the meantime, avoid turd tenants, don't over-improve, and don't buy things that drop in value like cars, coffees and the latest tech gadgets.  

So a lot of this technology and thought process is old.

using technology for efficient outbound communication to the world is direct action oriented, starting with the tele-phone invented in the 1800's i think.....anyone afraid of initiating talking usually criticizes it, because they cant do it. it's a skill, and the foundation of real estate transaction.Using technology to wait for inbound calling is less action oriented, indirect, passive, but can also support your efforts to connect with the outside world too.there is nothing more action oriented and direct and scary than picking up the phone to initiate a conversation.  

I will talk in present tense for the fun of it.I am building a technology company that puts a magnetic monorail system across the United States.I also own a house in Rome, Colorado, Louisiana, and Florida.I spend my time developing people into the best that they can be.

The virus will have a better foothold at the start of next season so it will be much more prevalent.I think the mortality rate isn’t as high as stated mainly because the denominator (number of people with the virus) is understated.This could impact the travel industry in the long-term as businesses figure out how to better use technology to meet and permanently cut back on travel.
