What's nice is that I have the choice to carry or not to carry; and can read others' opinions on why they do or do not carry.What's not so nice is that I feel almost COMPELLED to carry after a few incidents with pit bulls, and thugs -- two of which happened IN MY OWN FRONT YARD - IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD.So I have to wonder: is the world just suddenly going to hell in a handbasket?

If you try to say the partial financing by subsidy renders it a non private sector deal then by that logic when anyone uses an FHA loan or any government grant, suddenly it's not a private sector deal either.What is your guys' deal with his private sector business "failures" or successes prior to his presidency anyway?

It would take me 5-10 days just to see the property and in this area deals go fast or I'd look at properties that had been on the market for a long time and then suddenly as my offer goes in, someone elses would beat me by a day.
