While I plan on doing my homework and research I was hoping to leverage an agent for information that may be specific to purchasing in Mexico that I may not be as familiar with as foreigner. 

Kind of a rookie question but is there a site or a universal formula to estimate insurance when analyzing deals other than contacting a insurance agent in the specific market? 

We fill the niche between doing everything yourself or paying someone else to do everything.

I also chose the "wired' camera version, specifically because I didn't want to be changing out batteries or charging the cameras every so often.  

This could be on specific times and days of the week. 

If you just do wholesaling, you would be very limited to a very specific type of deal; that is the distressed seller who is willing to sell for cash in 48 hours at 75% of retail. 

Some people are very sensitive to smoke/second hand smoke and will select a building that specifically is non-smoking.

- Any specific area you would recommend or not recommend?

Would other real estate investors in central Indiana be interested in a reliable handyman service specifically catering to rental properties?

Do they regularly buy at tax sale.Rarely are tax sale properties easy money....it is work, just like every other niche in real estate.
