Any suggestions or personal experiences for the FHA 203k loan?

But, your payment can still be lower on an IO even with a slightly higher rate due to the simple interest calculation. and sure, you can get them without any points/buy down but the rate will of course be higher then if you did pay points. and details matter, so as for quotes the reality is to get a real quote, you are likely going to have to give someone the actual details or you are just getting a thumb in the air quote. 

So the bigger units, especially the ones trying to sell their unit, is always questioning the boards decision making, even on simple things like "hiring an attorney for legal counsel".

If you want to manage it yourself, I'd suggest buying close to where you live.

It's a B- class neighborhood.Apparently there is some dog pee odor and some bad scratches in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and water damaged next to the kitchen (which is tile).The bamboo flooring flows through all the rest of the house except the bathrooms and kitchens.Would would you suggest?

My question is real simple, I am just curious if anyone could point me in the direction of some helpful tools or websites that will help me accurately analyze the market.

Larger real estate firms will have in-house legal departments to handle this but the truth of the matter is the actual concept and procedures are quite simple once understood and all real estate owners  would benefit from this but fail to implement the systems early on.

Layer on the fact you seem to have a small account which suggests you are not getting the same pricing as a client who has many units under one roof where there are greater efficiencies.
