No one is selling anything. 

Go to them with a plan (eg you are planning on selling some properties). 

Make sure with a blanket mortgage that you're able to sell off a property if you desire.  

My elderly parent has a house and land to sell (~300k).  

The agent said it had been fixed by the owners prior to the ones selling.

If not you will need one as when you apply for any kind of financing  or purchase or sell real estate with an LLC they will need your OA.  

Out of curiousity, why did you sell your properties and not hold onto them?

And then, when you're ready to sell, your buyer can't use FHA or VA financing unless your association is on "the list" of approved condos.This recent development just makes things so much worse!

I know a guy that needs to sell and he can't sell it by traditional means do to issues with the property.
