I replied and reminded him that his name is on the lease too and he has the obligation to meet the terms.

When she is about to jump board or gets frustrated with me not enjoying the pointless movies anymore, I always remind her these 2 points.

Remind her that smoking of any kind will result in termination.

So you should be learning (stay humble, and remind yourself that in spite of how awesome you are that YOU are interviewing for a job at the brokerage, and not the other way around), what the brokerage can offer YOU in terms of training, leads, and help in scaling up your business. 

The system also automatically messages and reminds my cleaners when a guest is checking in/out.

I refused to do that and reminded him that he was breaking the lease early and I was doing my best to get the home ready and rented to mitigate costs.
