We put in a new AC unit, breaker box, roof, tore out rotted wood on the roof of the back addition, new insulation in the back room, new windows all around, all new doors, new siding, collapsed the septic tank and added a sewer line to the street, moved walls and opened walls inside, tore out the rock driveway and poured a concrete driveway, new fencing front and back, we also replaced some of the old steel plumbing with pex. 

Your statement about buying in Ohio,Tennessee, or Arizona out producing Ca is factually wrong.  30 years ago, 20 years ago, 10 years San Fran, LA, and San Diego were more expensive to purchase than the midwest or Arizona.  

Instead, I own other income-producing assets, which consist of publicly-traded securities, high-yield saving accounts, and crowdfund real estate.

I just happened to see a video somewhere of someone searching their COUNTY on the site and came up with over 500 results, then I searched my STATE and produced 20.

Boasting 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home can really produce some significant cashflow.

Maybe you can show that she uses a car to produce income I.e driving for Uber.
