New member to platform Fayetteville NC

I diligently watch the paper, craigslist, and the auction platforms. 

As we continue to build our own portfolio of properties, I am considering opening my own property management company in my core market.Based on my experience and study, I feel the local property management complanies are not that sophisticated and I have access to deed records and other resources that I can get to the owners of over 1500 properties on the platforms pretty easily. 

I see that PRO members get 20% off for any subscription using this platform.

So instead of starting from scratch, I thought maybe work with someone who already has an established platform.

(www.LendingClub.com) This platform allows investors to lend money to individuals to buy a car, consolidate debt, make home improvements, pay medical bills, etc.So, in the IRA I hold thousands of notes ($25 each) for a fixed term (3 or 5 years) at a fixed rate of return; usually 5-8%.Has anyone ever used their self directed IRA to hold the mortgage on a rental property? 

And I feel that a company that is gathering that information from every user has a higher chance of being targeted by hackers than one that only gathers it from the few that it's required from.Most platforms will let you wire the money over instead, which has its own security risks, but at least you don't have to potentially turn over the keys to your entire bank account to a stranger.By the way, you are not unusual in having problems getting a timely response from their customer service.
