I love Hospitable, but looking at Lodgify for their direct booking capability and customizable website templates.Does anyone use Stripe for online direct bookings?  

I can understand the mortgage being in my name is not great for the fact of piercing the company veil issue you mentioned, I wasnt aware of any other options being that I cannot payoff or refi the loan in the LLC's name as the current rate is low and the numbers wouldnt make sense if I refied.

Ohio, however is a hybrid state offering tax deeds and certificates (I saw online that only the counties with populations > 200,000 offer the lien certificates).So, my question is: Does any one know of any resources that are more specific than what I've come across...that provide detailed information of specific counties or states (as opposed to just general information, or sales pitches for classes that cost $1000's)?

From cash flow point, not sure if it would make much sense to invest 180k to have an income of may be 900$/ month (that is if we dont use loan).
