I hold showing "clumps" every few days, so I have that "critical mass" for efficiency, but also for the perceived competition. 

I will assume the mass will wade those waters as they do.

It is easier to reach a critical mass where you can start getting better bids on services, and if you want to start turning management to a professional manager so that you can concentrate on getting more deals, you will get better pricing there, too.  

@Steven Tierney  @Brian Ortins As far as Inspections in Massachusetts check on the Commonwealth of Mass website and speak to several.I used to recommend Tiger but the last time I did it was a disaster.

This sounds eerily similar to the exact kind of information that I am finding out about the property that I just purchased in June 2016, in Mass.
