So I guess the high rents in Boston for the 50 years before air b n b, was the market pricing in the expectation that air b n b would some day emerge and put pressure on available units for rent?

There are also a ton of apps coming out these days that are linking local vendors with air BnB hosts, such as Mount, which I would recommend checking out. 

Plus you often get pressured to bid more than you're comfortable with.

So I know exactly what equipment needs to be brought in to supply an apartment complex, including an entire city, with clean, safe and pressurized water. 

The inflationary environment we live is has so far put upward pressure on rents.

On the current unit I am in Texas heat with no A/C installing kitchen/bath cabinets, fixtures and hardware; running electricity and TV boxes for wall mounted TV’s; wiring outlets and switches; hanging fans; installing recessed lighting and other fixtures; installing blinds, curtain rods, staging furniture and decor.im not billing for this but suppose I should charge the going rate as well.

If they fight you on it, you can file a complaint with the State and put pressure on them to let you go without penalty.
