I've been told I could start with individual note purchases as low as $4,000 (mobile homes) or go in with two or three JV partners for $10K or $15K on a SFH note.justin, Thanks for clarifying that.

I have experience in the SF bay area as a real estate photographer/furniture/design staging but zero experience with mobile home transactions, etc.

While somewhat cumbersome, im glad there’s at least a semblance of a mobile app available.

Don’t always rely on your mobile phone’s GPS in case of service “dead-spots.”- If inclement weather persists, allow yourself ample time to arrive safely.

I've had luck with Foremost and American Modern, but I think Foremost offers coverage that includes vandalism and also will prorate the expensive vacant insurance rate, no minimum, if you convert to a landlord policy once occupied.
