I've attended meetings at the Green Bay and Appleton locations and they offer great content and very engaged membership. 

I had a consultation call for the mentorship program yesterday evening.

Some are free, some charge a couple of bucks for admission or a small membership fee.

It takes time, but the grant program is paying as it is intended to.
