My problem with this is that I don't think it is a money maker either way.Figure 6 months to buy, fix, and sell.Interest on loan to be over $1,500 per monthholding cost to be $483 per monthestimate for ongoing maintenance and management if a hold.Estimate selling costs to be 7% if a flip.Good Luck.Bill

I haven't seen the inside of the unit but if I assume 6-7k to make rent ready (carpet, paint, work on the bathroom and kitchen, misc), $300/yr actual property taxes, and an estimated $100/mo for a fire policy would this be a property that you would purchase if you could buy/fix in cash?
