Meaning, when that tenant decides to renew.....the staff and the company managing the home should be financially rewarded.  

It would have to come from an individual.

I have just recently begun to familiarize myself with the investment world, and I have already connected with several wonderful individuals who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise with me.

But they did raise all of our bonds to $25,000 as of the first of this year so, I guess we're all going to be the same.workman's comp also helps and protects your subcontractors financially as well.   

For this service were we saved his financial butt I charged 3X of what he would have paid with Kiavi or Lima one etc.. but those guys cant move like we move.. so it all worked out And thats pretty much the niche i have carved out..

I have refinanced several times and it is pretty much the same financials as the original loan.
