I've got other loans that I would get 4-5% CoC returns so I wouldn't care to pay them down. 

Be careful cutting in around the ceiling and use drop cloths.

I think the lack of cash flow and delayed return would be aided by the fact that they would get their investment out at the first refinance, and the fact that I would take care of returning their investment before paying myself.

The large cast iron main stacks can be salvaged in many houses but be careful when working on them and check for internal clogs as they tend to build up rust and sediments over time.

For all of us on the East Coast of either Canada or the US, it's easier, quicker and cheaper to go to the Riviera Maya than to competing places like Cabo or Puerto Vallarta but we might care less about that if it means not having sargassum on the beach.

@Chris Schoonhoven, Columbus Ohio is a great RE market.Speaking of Hilltop, you need to find the sweet spot, I own duplex there and is one of my favorite, not really in Westgate, but that particular block is nice with home owners who take care of their properties, purchasing price is low, tenants there are low-income working class, I did serious tenants screening, and am very happy with the ones I have, it produce the most profit out of all my investments.

I need to know the best PMS software to use that will allow me to scale and add more properties easily.I'd also like to know what your tips are for managing properties of others.
