Always excited to grow with folks who, like me, are newer in the business.

I was able to grow very quickly and when I grew tired of real estate at age 29, I had 206 different partners.

Hopefully as I continue to grow and gain experience, I'll have something to contribute and give back to this great community.My wife and I are just starting out personally in investing with a BRRRR strategy. 

Both of my grandfather's had single family rentals in their younger years and have encouraged me to look into rentals, which has lead me to Bigger Pockets I've been voraciously consuming old podcast episodes, the last few webinars, forums posts etc.

If you actually have a property your learning curve will grow exponentially and you will be on here giving advice as well as asking for it based off of actual real world experience. 

Yes, it's learning the loan docs that's going to be the more time-consuming factor. 

I have a great and growing base of resources and knowledge of opportunities here!
