I am graduating with a degree in civil engineering and took a job in Medford, OR as a project engineer for an awesome construction company.

I currently specialize in residential real estate but I plan to transition to commercial real estate as time goes on.I graduated with a degree in accounting but decided to pursue my passion for real estate straight out of college.

However, each state has its own overlays of various degrees when it comes to appraisal practices.  

Some leases do incorporate a clause where they can be cancelled with some degree of notice upon sale so double check!

However, others might be more comfortable with someone local, that depends to a degree on you.

I have some previous construction experience which includes roughly 7 years of field experience on the exterior work of residential homes and an antiquated degree in Construction Management.

Currently I am a certified paralegal, just completed my Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.

so you and other people can have health care and go to college and maybe graduate with a useless english/history degree while a welder, construction worker, or plumber pays for 4 years of your partying.
