Greetings all,I'm new to the REI game.

I can't expect others to have been through the path in life to be at some point where note investing is a natural progression.Reminds me of the game "Pick up sticks" where you dump sticks on a table and then attempt to pick them up without moving any other stick.

So what is your game plan?

This Realtor sends me auto-update listings which is one of the reasons I'd like to use only this person.Now I am getting ready to buy again and I just get the sense that there are a lot of games and pocket listings that go on in this business.

An interior designer and general contractor will meet us to map out a game plan and verify what we need to purchase the property for to hit our numbers.

There are many ways to get into the real estate business, but we need to know exactly what your end game is.

I want to show my investor that I am vested and have a lot of skin in the game.

Sorry, the listing agent is an idiot if he thinks both sides of the commission helps keep a buyer in the game.

I was just suggesting to Alex that if he really learns from successful wholesalers here on BP, he can bring some great deals to his buyers.Unfortunately I have not been in the game too long here in the states so I don't have a good wholesaler base, and I can't think signing up on anymore landing pages is going to generate great deals for me, just my short term experiences talking here.
