I currently own 2 houses but used an agent for those purchases.So, my question is, how do you know which RE brokerage firms are "investor-friendly?"  

I'm planning on being firm but respectful. 

When to college for accounting and finance, ran my own accounting firm, and have owned several businesses.

There are firms that specialize in tax deferred accounts for mortgage operations.

I am employed full time at an Engineering firm and plan to purchase rentals as a way to subsidize my income when the time comes for a simiretirement.

My firm is interviewing agents.  

Well I use to be a buyer for a firm and I wasn't sure how my prospects came to be.

I remind them firmly this property has unpermitted additions and needs 25-30k in repairs and will require a cash buyer such as myself. 

I also do sandwich deals and manage the property during the lease term, and then get paid on the back end when helping with the closing.I broker the deal with my firm and do the property management on my own.
