Try to find something in a class B or C area, somewhere where you are not afraid to be.Just go where you can improve the exterior appearance and raise the rents slightly when the leases expire.

As of now I did get the $2500 earnest non refundable deposit.But now they want to close 3 days after my contract expires... because that is when they get the money.So this is making me really nervous.

Hello all, when obtaining pre approval for a conventional mortgage does the lender state a specific time frame or place an expiration date on the approval amount?
