Has anyone had these issues and needed to change their GC?

They had had my financials for 6 months and not much had changed.

When I flew back a month later to change the locks and do a few things to get rental ready-3 neighbors from 3 different homes came to my door.

I'm very familiar with the rental market around there having one of my properties on the same block.Is there anybody on this forum who has direct experience with "change of use" or adaptive reuse of space?   

There's no zoning variance that will change that.

It could result in a change of heart.Make it clear you are not trying to evict them but trying to sell the home as soon as possible after they leave.
