Keep in mind, most condos/co-ops in NYC are anti-landlord, so they will likely place restrictions on when/how you can rent out the space (unless you do it without them finding out).

Considering OP is a Wholesaler, my assumption is that he's really aggressively marketing, actually and really, really thinks that his right to try to get that property under contract supercedes the owner's desire for privacy or anonymity.
