Is there a generic TEC available to pro members from the Bigger Pockets documents?

At this point, you should do some research on the various documents every LLC should have and start knocking them out.It's a helluva lot easier than most people think.

I have purchased properties before and am fairly familiar with the documents and purchasing process myself. 

There have been a couple of shootings in the news lately.

I had a higher profile real estate attorney tell me that if both sides are attempting/making an effort to keep a transaction going, meaning signing documents or other things to show initiative, then the deadlines don't necessarily matter..  

Can you document their statement about seeing it 4 months ago?

@Allan did your loan documention include any  no early termination clause/ mention a  termination fee , unless otherwise mentioned , I dont believe there is a blanket guideline that limits you from re-financing ,  there might be addtl costs (processing) but should be able to reFi.

. :) Good points Chris..When I broke the news to my original lender about the rates I was getting elsewhere, he brought up the same points that you are bringing up.
