If you are still not satisfied your policy likely states disputes are settled by each of you hiring an arbitrator who then decided on a neutral arbitrator and debate until two of them agree.

To determine the value they use a computer software, but if you disagree with what it says then you can show them your most recent appraisal and dispute it.  

Deciding all of that upfront can avoid disputes later.   

Right now I'm waiting for the payment history from the lender and then I'll just give it my best dispute.

To cut to the chase, supposedly $1,000 was deducted from their account in error and there is a dispute to reverse it.
