To all of the investors out there, what services do you desire most in a good VA service?

These things can begin to fail and light but then go out hence the oven starts up but then starts switching on and off, never getting to the desired temperature.

I'm looking to do the BRRR strategy but I need some private funding to get the ball rolling.

Things like, but not limited to, taking distributions, funding the corporation, corporate formalities and defining payroll -- details on the process and gotchas.

They provide all necessary funds to get through a deal, including rehab costs in exchange for 50% of profit.  

I have met plenty of people who will fund me and people that will buy my projects.
