Sure, it was a rocky road getting here, but every challenge we faced only made the victory sweeter.

I put alot of importance in reading, so I made them read classics at 1st, then mindset (think and grow rich etc) then financial acumen (rich dad etc) thankfully they all have w2 jobs so 401k match, roth etc. 2 are homeowners (don't want to be REI investors) but the last 1 is saving for REI investing.

I've made it my goal that by April 1st, I would start taking actionable steps towards sourcing and landing deals I can take to potential sellers/investors. 

I made it clear to my employer 4 years ago when I started REI that the real estate came first and if I had to take an emergency call I would.

I made a mistake purchased an HOA foreclosure auction, now the bank schedule a date to foreclose the house.

Holding versus flipping to save on taxes never made sense to me.
