We personally manage all of our properties except the STR and even with a FT Property Management company we still put more mindshare and effort there.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

I fired my mortgage broker and title company after that.A good title company will be absolutely key to the US closing process.

Has anyone heard of this company?
