Then one drug dealer started s fire in the other drug dealers tier to get rid of them.

Does anyone have any leads on agents or other companies I could try? 

You could start with the house numbers, make them bigger and bolder so they pop, then maybe some dark decorations and that may be enough or if not then add more dark features such as shutters, paint some of the trim dark, etc.

I'm thinking it might make sense to start a separate LLC for the 3rd property but the thought of the work and costs associated with it alone makes me reconsider.  

We also manage 2 other companies together that require accounting systems. 

It allowed me to finance deals with greater flexibility, enabling me to start taking on deals myself rather than just wholesaling them.

I've also starting looking in the southern Florida area as we have family and vacation there a lot.I'm REALLY excited to learn and connect with you all!
