You likely just meant in general.For loan try your friends or family as they are those that already know you and have a level of comfort to possibly extend a loan to you for something like this.Others that have million to tens of millions get tons of opportunities thrown at them each week so this is not likely to garner a high level of interest and attention.

Obviously, the best approach is to select tenants that can comfortably withstand a small increase each year so they can't claim this, but circumstances can change.
