I have quite a few legit buyers/people coaching me waiting to buy any property I bring to them so my ability to close is rock solid.

I think way too often every program, coach, seminar or opportunity are lumped in together and all called junk.

I wish I had included that as being the sole remedy for a situation like this.I don't have a mentor/coach because I can't afford it yet.

There are better options for coaching on the market, I personally love Sean Terry's Flip2Freedom podcast!!
