I did not have the park manager define "rental" but I assume it is conventional and not lease option or "rent to own" - I also need to confirm this.In the Texas MH investing community, is the preference to owner finance or lease option?

Having the property taxed as real property makes an argument that it is RE, but that might not be enough to define the MH in that manner.
