That helped filter out all of the non-emergency calls....but when I saw the Call Center's number pop up on my caller ID I knew it was a legitimate issue.You should be able to set the call center criteria to whatever fits your situation using a combination of Google Voice numbers, call forwarding from your normal phone, and/or ring through apps that silence all calls except select numbers.

I have used every lead company under the sun and finally figured it out when I started creating my own leads using classified ads that link to my sites that create leads and put them into crm software to always follow up, there are some great lead management softwares that call the lead (all automated) and filter out tire kickers.

Keep good filters and keep searching....one  will pop every now and then.

Unlike most, I've actually been much busier the last few weeks and am just now catching my breath thanks to some new hires.This will be a good resource once the data stabilizes and you work out a few bugs.

Life happens and there are so many reasons tenants don't pay on time that no screening process will filter out. 

I've tried zillow but find it doesn't bring in great comps and the filters are very limited.

. $100k buy in and they filter all the leads which made me very nervous.
