Chase is $1500 minimum for business checking. 0 would be better but with a branch on every corner they provide value and $1500 is not that bad.

The local Bank of America branch has specifically told me that they will finance purchases via LLCs, though I have not tried it.

What do you know most about RE, farms, motels, cafes, homes, storage buildings...... play on what you know best and branch out.Being the small investor has advantages, you are quicker to meet people, quicker to spot a deal, you don't have to follow structured steps and jump through hoops like corporates do, you can be agile in the market, move to any strategy on a property that solves the problem at hand.

Anyone can get a routing number and account number, there are even internet banks now... banks without physical branches.
