I would just try to find something that is supported by comps/general market activity.

We have a termite bond company that identified old activity (unknown how old) but not active and wanted to charge $250 for a preventative treatment.Thanks

That is one of the paramount reasons we have licensing laws.Any agent engaging in such activities should be reported to the proper authorities.

I’m partial to Intuity by lagrand because it is hardwired to the home and does t require a truck roll every time there is an issue, they simply call tech support to set up and activate their system.

Hello all,I'm new to these forums, I have followed them occasionally for years whenever I had time but never actively posted.

I am in the military and am wondering if anyone has started an LLC while active duty and if so how did you go about getting it and what market are you in now and overall due to moving.

Wondering if the LLC would just make sense later on, as my goal is to keep flipping for at least 6 times for active income before doing any buy and hold.
