Well now we have to build them LOL. hair on fire.. but hey good problem to have.. for every pre sale my bank releases a spec loan. so when I get this kind of presale activity I can get loans as quick as I can build them..

Issue #2 caused by the storm is the property has a beautiful large succulent plant in the front yard landscaping that died from freezing and I stated to the tenant that they are responsible for yard maintenance which includes all flowers, bushery, rocks, etc.

Well...that and my wife fell in love with how beautiful it was compared to the other properties we were living in lol. 

I got to make it beautiful again.

Plus, this place is just absolutely beautiful and an amazing place to live. 

The Black Hills is a beautiful area and has a lot of draw.
