@Bryan Mitchell    I'm not sure anyone keeps track of these or even if there is a really good way to track or research.I can tell you at Keller Williams there are plenty of investors and investor opportunities if that is your focus.   

With contractor prices these days, it honestly is comparable to carpet too which you have to replace mostly every other tenant.In regards to paint, I would go with an accessible gray or revere pewter from home depot or Benjamin Williams  (neutral as Colleen indicated).

So I am scheduled to take my Real Estate License exam on December 28th and I am currently with Keller Williams, but I am really rethinking my brokerage-I feel like I am lost in the shuffle and not going to get the kind of support I need as a new agent.
