With contractor prices these days, it honestly is comparable to carpet too which you have to replace mostly every other tenant.In regards to paint, I would go with an accessible gray or revere pewter from home depot or Benjamin Williams (neutral as Colleen indicated).

So I am scheduled to take my Real Estate License exam on December 28th and I am currently with Keller Williams, but I am really rethinking my brokerage-I feel like I am lost in the shuffle and not going to get the kind of support I need as a new agent.
