I began due diligence which had a few interesting issues to deal with as a result of a water well system and sewer treatment plant which services the property and requires a state licensed operator.

The main challenge has been dealing with the state and other governing bodies in regards to the water well and sewer treatment plant.

Hi Chanelle,I see this in the media sometimes: "one of the most LGBTQ-friendly cities in the country".What makes a city into that and how do they rank the cities.I mean in days gone by, they used to arrest these people as law breakers, but I am under the impression that the Federal Government prohibits that now.So it seems all places should be equal in their treatment of them--with no MOST type of situation.I'm thinking it might just be some kind of advertising ploy to draw certain people to certain areas for whatever (financial) reasons (such as to benefit Aids Hospices in the area or something).

And honestly, the "basically simple" solution if the clause is called in for some reason is just refinance...As the above referenced thread says, you reallly need to protect your corporate veil. 

It has never been closer to having a long term solution than it is right now.
