That you Wayne for your response, Do you have ant tool/app that you can recommend me to use to to get accurate final numbers?

In the meantime, my current insurance had already received the information they requested from me (fire report, photos of the house in it's current state, and verification that I will not re-rent to the same tenants) and they literally just called me now and said that my insurance was being reinstated and sent me a verification email. 

They expect income verification to be as simple as handing over an LES with the SSN cut out(military pay stubs), and also for the landlords to already know about military clauses/addendums.

Since, I will be moving, my goal is to to get my Florida license and eventually my Mortgage loan originator. 

If I install them, I know it is done correctly with units that are unlikely to to flood the place or catch fire.

We have in writing that the condo needs nothing to to rent rehab.
