What app or suggestion do u use to have cleaners take “Live” photos and not allow then to use past photos?

U may throw the listing agent a little bone so its worth working with you. 

there is a big difference in Brokers you have deal makers and U have Brokers that get stuck and just cant negotiate a win win for all when it means the broker might make a little less.I have seen agents willing to kill their own deals over a new water heater or some other less than 1k item when they were going to make 10k or more.. crazy.. my wife and I we are deal makers  :)

Also, if u can set it up to be acting as an agent, buyers or sellers, u could make significantly more per deal.

No different than a value investor in the stock market, other than the fact that you have much more control over your asset than a market investor does.While it's possible that your rental will suddenly become unrentable in year 10, it's not probable...like the stock market, unless there is a crazy turn of events, the real estate market doesn't generally make right turns (or U-turns).
