hi robyn. the best advice i can give you is never give up. nascar king richard petty use to say " in a 200 lap race, the first 199 don't count". it doesn't matter where you are in the race, it matters where you finish. but you have to finish the race. the deals will come along. you won't find one everyday. keep on and you will win the race

Hi Neil,Learn Real Estate is too broad of a goal.First figure out what you want to do to make money using real estate (flipping, buy and hold etc..).Then learn what you need to know about that.You probably won't learn this on a job, and in the business CASH IS KING, so try to earn and KEEP as much CASH money as you can, until you have enough to do what you want, plus a little more for safety.As far as learning, this site has some great resources to start out (the Education link at the top is full of knowledge).Good Luck!

Well to me that is speculating AKA GAMBLING,HOPING,WISHING now that may work for some, but Im an Investor....WHAT I HEAR AND WHAT I READ IS.....CASH FLOW, CASH FLOW, CASH FLOW IS KING!!!!!!!!!
