Hi Surendra,  which Intel facility are you referring to as there are 2 in Chandler. 

I realize now that I used the wrong terminology in referring to the tenant/buyer as a novice investor.

We list all of our rentals through our business name, and have a presence in the area and references. 

I was referred several home inspectors from my property manager.

@Jeremy Gunn I'm reasonably certain I know both what town and property you're referring to specifically here so I'll leave my two cents.I think you're grossly overestimating the rent in that town.
