Insurance for hotels and resorts and their individual rooms are paid under international insurance policies through Ramada hotels.

If I had someone bringing those to me I know they'd not need to resort to gimmicks to attract new investors.P.S. 

I would only do something like this as a last resort and if you felt like the deal was going to fall apart otherwise.

I have seen banks pool together to offer different ranches of debt on a larger loan to do a deal.Most of my deals CMBS is my last resort these days.

RV Parks can either be Residential (similar to Mobile Home Parks) or Resort with plenty of turnover and often seasonal variances in occupancy.  

From what I've seen, Arizona RV resorts tend to experience their slowest months around August probably due to the heat. 

We're in a ski resort that has pretty high housing demand.

We are in a summer resort area.

We don't even miss all of the garbage we were consuming (e.g. jet skis that we didn't use, out to eat at restaurants we barely enjoyed, binge drinking nights out we don't even remember, etc.)If we did the above, we'd be retired and would have been able to do cool things with our three kids from the day they were born.
