That was always something that intrigued me. 20% down necessary on something like that..or if it’s a short flip can you put lower down in hopes of gaining much more back? 

With my investments, everything is geared towards short-term stays, and I don't worry about things getting damaged because it's all meant to be replaceable.

If it falls short you might have to put in expensive  upgrades for them.With national tenants you have to analyze what you are getting versus what you are giving up in return to see if it is worth it or not.
