Have a 2/1 in St Petersburg under contract and need estimates.Needs a bit of everything (except for the roof which will be new) including repairs to the wood foundation.Have current pics and pics of roughly what I'm looking for.

Doesn't look like much work needs to be done looks like people are in here painting a little bit to and sanding down some stuff I could take pics though, and the outside could use a little up keep but all in all she wants to list it cheaper than what its going for and wants to be out by the end of the month.

For receipts that do not come through email, you can also scan information into the Hubdoc app via your mobile phone camera.

if you do end up going for more pro pics, think about adding some drone ones as well. looks like you have enough of beautiful views around to justify that.

Investors do scan them some though.

I’m sure even police could hire my services.Pricing may look like $100-$200 per scan, maybe even less to get my foot in the door but it will settle into a price that works well for me.
