And it is only like 20 bucks/year like others mentioned so unless you plan on being locked in analysis paralysis for a year you will not even save that much...YES if you are buying turn key and plan on using property manager for everything. 

There are many risks, consideration, knowledge, strategic planning, decision making, and real experience skills that are needed to succeed in real estate investing.

@Eddie Smith we've found the two biggest tenant complaints:1) Maintenance expectations not met (taking too long)2) Expectations of communication not metThere are many more complaints, but majority are tenant-caused that they want a free pass on: waiver of Late Fees, Payment Plans to avoid eviction, being allowed to get a pet or otherwise violate their lease with no repercussions.
